General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB) via the online shop of:

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Selsen Clothing, owner Celine Senolmus.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your order by email immediately after placing the order. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.

The contract is only concluded when:

  • we expressly accept your order (order confirmation), or
  • the goods are dispatched

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in Euro and include applicable statutory VAT.

Shipping costs are charged in addition to the stated prices. The exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.


4. Delivery

Delivery is made within Germany via a shipping provider of our choice.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, delivery time is usually 7–14business days.

If not all ordered products are in stock, partial deliveries are permitted, provided this is reasonable for you.


5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

  • Bank transfer (prepayment)
  • PayPal
  • Credit card
  • Klarna (invoice, instant transfer, and other options if applicable)

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.


6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.


7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Details of the right of withdrawal and the withdrawal form can be found in our separate Withdrawal Policy.

Note:
In the event of a withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


8. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.


9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.


10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our place of business in Munich. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
