Shipping policy

Delivery is made via a shipping service provider of our choice.

Delivery times are as follows, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page:

• Germany: approx. 2–5 business days
• European Union & International: approx. 7–14 business days

If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the customer. Such fees are determined and collected by the respective customs authorities of the destination country.
